Refund policy

In Maison Farhat, we take great care in preparing and inspecting every caftan before shipping.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns. All sales are final.

We only accept exchanges in the following case:

* The item received is defective or damaged.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

* Your order number

* Photos showing the issue

Our team will review the request and, if approved, an exchange will be offered.

To be eligible for an exchange:

* The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with tags attached.

* The item must not have any perfume, makeup stains, odors, or signs of wear.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
